Meet Cara
I’m Cara, founder of True Nature Alignment — a Wayfinder Life Coach and Contemplative Enneagram Practitioner — and at heart, a deep listener.
Listening has always been how I move through the world. From an early age, I was fascinated by what makes each person uniquely themselves, while also sensing the deeper connection that holds us all. Helping others came naturally to me, but for many years my sense of worth became entangled with pleasing and external validation. Over time, that way of living quietly but unmistakably asked to be reexamined.
My work today grows from that inner turning. I offer a steady, compassionate presence — a space where you can listen more deeply to yourself and move forward from your own knowing.
