Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. This is coaching, not therapy. While the work is emotionally attuned and spiritually grounded, it is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are currently in therapy, coaching can be a complementary support.

  • Yes — I work with children and teens in age-appropriate ways that help them build confidence, self-awareness, emotional resilience, and trust in themselves.

  • The work is spiritually grounded but not religiously prescriptive. I am comfortable walking alongside people who are rooted in religious or spiritual traditions, those who are deconstructing, and those who are reconstructing meaning in new ways. You are never asked to adopt specific beliefs or language.
