What’s Included:
• One (1) 50-minute intake session with your child (and you, as needed) to get to know each other, understand goals, and create a sense of safety and connection.
• Two (2) 30-minute follow-up sessions focused on building tools, practicing skills, and helping your child feel grounded, capable, and supported.
• Brief emailed parent recap after each session to keep you in the loop while still protecting your child’s sense of ownership in the coaching process.
• One short parent check-in after the three sessions to review how the format is working and determine whether to continue with this structure or shift to longer sessions.
This shorter, kid-centered format meets children where they are—keeping sessions engaging and manageable while still offering the depth and continuity that help real change take root.
